The deadline for the submission is 1pm every Monday for any extra travel done in the previous week. Late submission will not be accepted.

If you are using The AA Mileage Calculator, you can upload the document. Please be aware that, if you are required to submit a detailed form, you must complete Section B.

Please complete the form below including the client(s') name(s), details of each journey and the total number of miles travelled. In order for us to correctly bill the clients for these costs, you must include for each trip the date of the journey with both the place names for the start and end of the journey and the post-codes for each. If details for any of the journeys are incomplete, the submitted form cannot be processed for payment.

When completing the location (from) and (to), you need to write where you started and finished your jorney, for example: client's home, Legoland, Tescos, etc.
